Supporting young female coaches

We’re committed to growing and supporting young female coaches, providing mentoring, development opportunities and a welcoming environment to build confidence, leadership skills and strong pathways within our AFL community.

Some of our girl teams are coached by older girls who were once Lane Cove Cats junior players supporting the growth of our players over the years
